• Payment information: Payment transactions are processed by PayFast. We do not store full card details.

• To provide the EquipTrail service and its features.
• To process subscription payments via PayFast.
• To send transactional emails (account, billing notifications).
• To improve and maintain the platform.

Data Security

All data is stored on secure servers. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. All connections are encrypted via TLS/HTTPS. Your company data is isolated from other companies at all times.
